★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited many outlet this is the first experiencing good vibes from Indian guy cashier. The way he took order was so simple and friendly.feeling so calm ??? thumb up for cashier and barista was so fast and overall recommend place to chill ????
Some other place i seen customer not comfortable with cashier( I means cashier not so friendly and showing attitude mostly) starbuck pls take note?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yall should fire and stop hiring these bunch of Gen Z ill-mannered staff. My office is nearby so I come here often and Ive always been greeted with disrespectful attitude like someone punched them in the face and forced them to be here. I understand if they might be having a bad day but every single time i’m here they seem to be so disinterested in everything they do, and i’m either faced with absolute silence after i asked a question, or a blank stare. Like what’s going on? Are you holding them hostage to be here or?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place, staff left counter unmanned, waited for 10 minutes. Had to back to the kitchen entrance to call for staff. And most of the tables were full of dirty cups and plates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy place to have a coffee. Very impressed with the service I received just now at around 11am. He was alone mending the counter and he was so polite and attentive. There was something written on our paper bag and cup paper holder... I love what was written there. This is an extra mile that creates even a wonderful experience for every customers! Thank you and have a wonderful day to him and all the staffs there! Love it!! ❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to sit and enjoy a coffee and watch the world go by, with a corner sidewalk level location and large glass windows. With pandemic restrictions you need to enter Tekka Place mall and then order your coffee at the mall front entrance. They usually have good selection of snacks, and up to date offers of Starbucks seasonal drink specialities. I got the Pumpkin Spice Latte, which in NYC is a sure sign of fall season. Nice large mug and whip cream in a well prepared drink, that came quickly.
