โ โ โ โ โ Recommend not to visit this salon! They rip off in the name of membership & donโt service properly on your next visit if you are to offset from your membership fee. Beware of such con-salons! They donโt deserve even a single star! Had to give it just to get posted. Reading other customers experience i am surprised they are still allowed to do business!

โ โ โ โ โ My 81 year old mother got cheated by this salon of about $3000. Forced her to sign packages when she is having her hair washed. Brought her a contract to sign coz my mother cannot walk away with her hair full of suds. High pressure tactics used to coherce a 81 year old to keep paying them everytime she wants just a simple haircut. Dishonest shop! Do not patronise them!

โ โ โ โ โ Not recommended. Asked the hair stylist to Just trim but she cut until shoulder length (from waist length). Alr too late when I noticed it because she alr cut it. I donโt think the stylist even understand what is the meaning of trim.
In addition, they keep hard selling their membership. When I rejected, their attitude become v bad, especially the cashier. Do u think Iโll want to get your membership when u donโt even know the difference between cut and trim?

โ โ โ โ โ Not recommended at all. Very pushy salon, first time visited this place for a normal hair cut many months back. Paid $50 membership package for a $3 haircut at each visit(sounds good deal). At my second visit, I was forced to take up their scalp treatment package. I was offered $98 (actual $298) for the treatment which I can offset $38 from my membership balance. So I was expecting to fork out another $60 and I agreed to it.
After the treatment , they explained that $98 is a membership package price and they wanted me to sign up with the amount of $980 for 10 treatment (they did not explain this before the treatment).
Ridiculous! i just came for a normal routine haircut and now being forced to fork out so much money. After much negotiating I end up paying $100.
Lesson learnt I will not trust any salon with such membership package again.

โ โ โ โ โ Not recommend. Hard selling. I still have 6 times treatments. But I will never go there anymore. I havenโt finish all my scalps treatment . They want me to sign another stem cells treatment. Really disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ I went for a shoulder length haircut but ended up with a boy's crop. They did were told clearly 3 times that it is shoulder length. With language constraints, i frowned and then the hairdresser tried to damage control by straightening the hair with a hairdryer but damage was done.He ran away after the haircut , not even asking about it.The cashier who was the only one who spoke English, apologised as she was the one who conveyed that I wanted shoulder length haircut, but no reduction in price or remorse.
The trust is totally gone. 20 dollars for a wrong haircut was totally disappointing. This place is not worth the money.
