★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Workers hardsell like crazy. Decided to get a $400 treatment because she claimed my hair is damaged and it would fix it, but it made my hair even worse. Super frizzy and now my only option is to shave it all off. Feels like I got scammed out of $400 just for them to make it even more damaged than it previously was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. My hub first time to the salon on 25th May and had a hair cut for $39. The hairdresser asked my hub cut what hair? My hub said, short. And He can said my hub already short??♀️ So my hub replied cannot shorter?
And the whole progress is done within 10mins haircut and hairwash. 10mins for $39? We shld have gone to Kcut instead! He didnt even bother to use a hairdryer to blow away the hairs that fall on the neck / shirt . Sloppy haircut done. Totally disappointed with the service!!! First and last time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrendous service.hairdresser did not listen to my request and intentionally sniped off my luscious locks. she was unapologetic and forced me to pay $8 more because she decided to cut extra inches off my permed hair??? extortion!! my hair looks like it has been trimmed by a caveman club. even a lawnmower would do a better job at cutting my hair >:(
overall, poor service and scammed me
