Not so great Ice cream. ( mango was edible. However Vanilla tasted like Medicine) The 2 female staff present at the outlet in sentosa near the Merloin were a disaster.... I entered the outlet with my wife and daughter when a group of Japanese girls were making their choice on what to pick up. Instead of helping or suggesting the Japanese girls the female staff at the counter began to roll her eyes as they were undecided on what to buy.. Also she looked annoyed as the Japanese girls were not able to understand their language clearly. Second instance.was.... .. We quickly picked up our ice cream sticks and were enjoying the same in the outlet itself as it was pretty hot outside and air conditioning really helped. The entire time we were there at the outlet there was no Greetings, no Thank u..no nothing but just a look on their face which said ..... "hurry up and leave"... Than I saw a brown skin male approx age 60 years came in the outlet and politely requested the 2 female staff for direction to Insect Kingdom. There was an immediate response from one of the girl saying "You need to go to the Information Counter and ask"... Just 2 mins later another male approx. in his 30's who seemed to be speaking local language came in and asked direction for Madame Tussaud's. He was given the answer with all details and direction..... It was shocking to see both of the above episodes happening in the span of 15 mins at this outlet.... Will not go again.

Cute little place with a lot of customisable ice-cream flavours. We went around closing time but the staff was patient with us. I got the the milk flavour fully dipped in millk chocolate and mango flavour half dipped in white chocolate and colour sprinkles

Who doesn't love a custom made ice cream ? You get to choose a base flavour from a range of choices after which you can choose from a choice of white chocolate, milk chocolate or dark chocolate to dip your ice cream in as well as a few toppings like nuts , coconut shavings etc. The ice creams are really good . I ended up buying too of them . They'll cost you on average between $5-$7

Tiny place to stop by for some customizable gelato after walking pass the hugeeee merlion. I got one Pistachio fully covered with dark chocolate and hazelnuts, while my sister got one Saffron with similar coating. My aunt also bought herself one almond covered with white chocolate. They were all really good and refreshing. The sweetness was moderate. A little pricey (about $6 or more/each) for such small portion. I also hoped that they gave us tissues, since gelato can easily melt in that temperature in Singapore. There were no seats available, so to-go order was the only option.
