Not too bad a place though I would much prefer my steak(medium rare) to be slightly raw than more done. Whenever I see pink ... for medium rare, I get disappointed. Overall, I'd say it's between above average & good.

Pork cheeks are awesome, infused with charcoal smokiness, tasty and not greasy. Their Stirling sauce is amazing. T-bone was just okay, it lacked the smokiness and tasted ordinary and the hanger steak was little tough. The room was rather smoky and uncomfortable and we sat outdoor, which again was uncomfortable as it was just right by the road. The washroom was unforgiveable! Will I return ..unfortunately not.

Pork cheeks are awesome and very affordable. Just dip into that sauce and enjoy! Ribeye was nicely cooked too! Fries was also crispy. Parking was a problem though. Best to park at nearest Wilson open-spaced parking and walk over.

The hanger steak ($9.90) might only be 150g but it was a good size to fill up the stomach. If 150g is too little, you can add on french fries at additional cost ($1.50). The steak was grilled perfectly at the doneness that I requested. Had ordered pork cheeks at the recommendation of the staff, and did not regret it. The pork cheeks were so delicious that it was gone in an instant. Definitely highly recommend ordering it.

Great cosy place for small groups to enjoy good quality steaks at prices similar to other midrange restaurants. The ambience is not like fine dining environment, but relatively quiet and relaxing. Service is fairly attentive when you raise your hand. Enjoyed the T-bone steak for 2, as the portion was generous and had more meat than bone. Medium-rare was cooked with the right pinkness expected, not bleeding red juice excessively. Tenderloin was done at rare with a little more bleeding but too red in some parts of the cut. Best to go with medium-rare for this cut.

The quality and taste of the ribeye did not match the price of the steak. Priced at $37++, I would reckon that it was no more than a $24 steak. I've even had cheaper steaks that tasted better. But I must say that the truffle fries eclipse the steak in terms of taste. That's how good it was. Service was so-so, and the guy taking orders was sombre and unfriendly.

No waiting time during lunch hour on a weekday. Ordered ribeye steak and tenderloin steak. The seasoning was superb. The accompanying sauce was great as well though one does not really need any. The meat was soft and tender. Worth the money spent and great service as well.

Steaks are charcoal-grilled and they do bother to rest the meat before serving it so expect to wait around 25-30mins for it. Had a T-Bone steak and also a Sirloin. Preparation is on point and the quality is on par with the pricing. Maybe just a tad better than places like Aston’s and Jacks Place. Service staff were great.
