★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the beef bowl — severely overcooked beef was as tough as beef jerky and smothered in so much black pepper that it wasn’t edible. I’ve had better beef bowls for half the price. Cashier was also super unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star off Okome just because of the cashier lady - her attitude and look at you makes you feel like you've committed a crime. However, my option of roasted duck rice bowl was pretty palatable so I'll let it slide.
Rice bowl came with roasted duck laying atop japanese rice with hanjuku eggs. Duck was nicely roasted but could be a bit tender. Rice is undoubtedly the main star - just like its shop's name. Grains came with a good mix of taste that resembles furikake.
If you want drinks, they serve it at the adjacent stall as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the fragrance of the rice which was mixed with ebiko. Duck was crispy and the pickles blend in well. The aunty was very pleasant and patient in explaining the menu and what I am paying for. Cashless option, paynow available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some reviews have criticized the attitude of the staff here but our experience was pleasant and the food was fantastic. Prices are in-line with the other establishments here and they were very fast at producing the dish. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
