β β β β β Have been patronising this optical shop for my glasses & contact lens regularly. Staffs are always knowledgeable and patient. They taught me how to put on my first contact lens and clean them thoroughly.

β β β β β Bought two sets of spectacles from them over a 2 year period time. The first time they screwed up my astigmatism setting by 100 degress, caused pain and discomfort to my eyes and increased my degree. Second time there was still discomfort. Finally sort help elsewhere, they had clearly different degrees for my eyes and the glasses finally DONT HURT MY EYES. Dont go to them, there are not competent

β β β β β I have been using ultra flex premier monthly disposable contact lens since 2018. It is comfortable which I can put it on for 12 hours and not feel dry, therefore I've been using it for 3 yrs plus. Will continue to use this brand. Thank you Straits Optical @ Clementi for recommending me to the contact lens.

β β β β β Initially thought their services is good and fair price. Fame broke and recommended even to pay for a higher price and the lens given 1 year warranty, when the coating drop within warranty period, expected me to pay. Luckily I am advised by others spectacle shop assistance to ask them for a replacement. Don't think they are professional, as one of the lady said must send back to their vendor to check if can do an exchange?ββοΈ. Whereby other optical shop can give a firm answer and send for exchange on the spot. Will not patron this shop anymore.

β β β β β Looks like most of the reviews involved contact lenses. Itβs probably easier to sell and donβt require much technical experience. I got my glasses at the shop and had to go back 3 times for adjustments and itβs still not fitting well on me. Iβll go back to my previous optician in Buona Vista in future. At almost 2k a piece, I canβt afford to change my glasses too frequently but Iβm already thinking of throwing away this new pair because my eyes get very tired by the afternoon, and I believe itβs due to the poor fitting.
