Excellent on boarding experience for website set up and implementation in 2014. Terrible offboarding experience when we elected to contract SEO services from another agency while still under Stridec’s web hosting services. After-sales service from Alva Chew was borderline hostile when it came to cooperating with offboarding procedures, with extremely delayed and unhelpful responses to both our firm and the agency we have contracted to assume SEO services
We have since moved on to more suitable services for our needs.
