★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not sign up if you cannot keep to your appointment time. They are inflexible and difficult to get slots. Basically they cannot wait for you but you can wait for them. When you ask a question they will direct you to customer care which basically falls into a black hole. You want to talk to real person to resolve an issue not via email. Not to mention if you call their hotline you are on hold forever…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to sign up for a trial for Strip’s AFT Hair Removal after reading up on positive reviews.
Melody was my therapist during the trial session and she was really skilful and considerate - always checking on my comfort level and making my first session breezy and not the least bit awkward. Decided to sign on for their package after that!
Within the first two weeks of the trial, I’m really happy with the results! :) Just went for my first packaged session today and Melody was skilful as ever - I nearly fell asleep during the session because it was virtually pain free and the environment was really comfortable and relaxing. Keep up the amazing work! :)
