★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly disappointed with the staff this morning at Vivo. Her attitude wasn't good at all. Asked her if there is any discount and she answered rudely staring back at her laptop. A very good branding with such behavior!! Please improve your fronliners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SALES STAFF SOLD ME A 399 DOLLARS DRESS SAYING THE FIT WAS RIGHT EVEN THOUGH I WAS QUITE SURE THAT IT WAS A LIL LOOSE..SHE TOLD ME THE MANNEQUIN HAD DONNED A SIZE 38 WHICH IS EVEN BIGGER THAN THE 36 SHE GAVE ME AND I AM DEFINITELY NOT A SIZE ZERO LIKE THE MANNEQUIN.. I ASKED FOR A SIZE 34 AND SHE SAID NOT IN STOCK...WITHOUT CHECKING OTHER OUTLETS AND INSISTED THE FIT WAS RIGHT... I TRIED CALLING THE OUTLETS SEVERAL TIMES- 8 TIMES TO BE EXACT-FROM 12PM ONWARDS TO GET A CHANGE OF SIZE AND THE LINE WAS CONSTANTLY ENGAGED. TRULY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE...TO ADD ON, SHE TOLD ME THAT THERE WOULD BE A 15% DISCOUNT SINCE I WAS A MEMBER. HOWEVER, AT CHECKOUT SHE TOLD ME THE OTHER STAFF TOLD ME IT WAS ONLY DURING MY BIRTHDAY MONTH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff talking among each other. I asked for shoe size. Then staff went to search in storage. But ended up doing cashiering. Perhaps short handed. So i waited. After she's done, she walks over to her colleague leisurely and start chatting again. Hello? I'm waiting for my shoe. I walk over to her and ask "excuse me, so do u hav the size?" she said ya hav then handed it to me. Very reluctant to serve. I went to next door Aldo to purchase instead.
