★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend engaged them for a major renovation and there was a major handover delay and the company was not taking ownership because the ID in charge was uncontactable due to health reason.
Poor workmanship - Bathroom waterproofing was not done properly, wardrobe doors are not properly aligned, wall and floor tiles grouting not done properly, laminate/vinyl flooring uneven and hollow sounding and etc.
Mechanical keys for the main door digital lock, fan remote controls and etc. were all not handed over to the Owner and Fabian simply said there is nothing he can do about it!
