Really nice environment and really professional and patient service

My fiancée and I had compared the quotations of 3 ID companies before deciding on engaging Ecasa as our company to do a major revamp on newly purchased resale flat. Their price were more affordable and there was transparency in their break down of the quotation during the discussion phase, which is not something that every company will do. We were also drawn to Mason’s (our ID from start to end) quick ability to capture what we want. He was able to come up with a design that we wanted while my fiancée and I were still trying to articulate to each other what’s on our minds. A major plus point, because this made discussions smoother and helped us visualise better. Furthermore, Mason was also responsible, resourceful and flexible during the execution phase. There were several hiccups and unexpected issues from our worn down flat, but Mason was able to come up with good solutions to address every single one of them. He was also very patient and receptive to the many feedbacks and concerns we had throughout the process. A must mention from me was how Mason nicely designed and fulfilled my wish of having a bar table that is unique - something that I can be proud of when I host my guests. Overall, a very pleasant experience for us first time home owners!
