Stuff'd - #B1-43 Stuff'd

I love stuff’d but this really turned me off. Raw chicken in my burrito bowl ? Edit: They issued a refund and a free bowl. Customer service was very quick to rectify the issue so I wouldn’t mind buying from stuff’d again as my previous experiences with this outlet were fine!

North point outlet - Out of chicken a few times and recently out of kidney beans and millet too when I order burito. The weight is not constant and the wrapping is not firm. Please improve your staff and products

Located at the basement one of Northpoint city, so there is not much place to queue up for. Fortunately, they are quite fast from start to finish. I ate the chicken kebab wrap with letture and tomato with cucumber mayo and bbq sauce. I find it nicer than turkish kebab from another store. Gonna try with other sauces next time.

Always no chicken, and today most ridiculously, no beef also and I got informed only chosen all my vege, that I have to wait for 15 mins. And they gave me 2 spoons(should be they found no fork then give me 2 spoon) for my daily bowl. This is getting ridiculous.

Been a loyal customer and buying the chicken kebab (whenever available) during my work-from-home. However, this stuff'd outlet is really the WORST in terms of service... please only visit when you have the patience. I've wrote in the first time about a fly entering my kebab and when I told the staff, she just shoo-ed it away and still served me the kebab. Customer service reassured that they had done a clean-up of the place for pests etc and offered me a free chicken kebab. Usually staff are blunt and emotionless which is okay since it is a fast-casual joint. However, I'm done with Stuff'd Northpoint ever since my latest visit. I came at 11am and was the only one in the queue. Staff wanted to shoo me away because she had pending Grabfood orders. Told me to "if you want, you wait till I finish" which she proceeded to show me a loooong list of 8 or more orders. I told her that I was rushing off and since I'm the only one physically in the walk-in queue, can she do mine first?. She said no, bluntly. So clearly, the SOP is to prioritise delivery services over walk-in. Management should really look into the flow of operations and the whole staff management & attitude. So just a note to all customers out there, don't waste your time... You'll be waiting forever or be shoo-ed away. :)

Forever out of chicken this joint. Short auntie is curt and rude at closing time. Super eager to rush home and told my wife off when she didn’t hear that she was waiting to order and threw or kept away all the veges at 945pm sharp. Auto assume that my wife is not keen or just looking. Subconsciously probably just wanted disappear back home asap. Refused to take the veges out even after my wife was actually waiting to be served. “Just now ask you, you said don’t want!?” Was her words to my wife. Understand it’s a long day and tough job. But there’s really no need for such poor attitude. Good luck to you guys. Good food and concept spoiled by poor staff and system.

Stuff'd Northpoint Staff was very rude and impatient when taking order. My daily bowl had very little sauce even though I only chose one sauce. Try eating salad and cous cous dry. Their quality is worse than stuff'd at other locations. What little sauce I had was smeared on the side of the bowl. Bad experience.

Found Plastic in Food - This outlet in particular seems to have very poor standards compared to others. From missing orders to food quality and constantly running out of chicken etc. Finding plastic in the food is the most dangerous issue of the lot.
