Asking the staff about some frame and ended up being told everything is there so i have to look through the entire shop to find what i want.. no service given at all and she just went away without further assistance..
The staff is a plum female chinese staff with short hair by the way.. ???

โ โ โ โ โ Went there on the 15th of December. The lady was very helpful and asked if I had any preferences and helped pick ones that fit my criteria for me to try on.(so I wanted something black and doesnโt look plastic, so she gave me some metal frames and stuff to try out)
When I suddenly had to take a call in the middle of The Eye examination she was also very polite and went out of the room and patiently waited as I took my call
She was also pretty understanding since you had to pay half the price up front and I had a little less than half and she let it slide just that once.
Overall a very carefree and relaxing experience. I was able to choose options I want (UV protection, transition lenses, anti fog...etc etc) as she explained them all clearly. The price was explained pretty clearly too, with the adding of some features adding costs and the cost of the frame itself is separate. The staff was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable chatting with them.
