★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something is broken down every month, the swimming pool, the lifts, the gates. And I only rented a place here for 3 months.
Only saving grace are the responsible & nice guards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful condo right at City fringe, extremely convenient to get into town with 2 MRT stations within 10mins waling distance. Plenty of good local delights and international cuisines. Its located in a very interesting location that offers 24hrs of food and shopping. It also has one of the biggest swimming pool for such a medium size build up, not to mentioned friendly neighbors and diligent security guards. Definitely recommends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The swimming pool is beautiful and big enough to swim laps. I love the view on the 29th floor and the lovely swing on 19th to read a book. Very windy and nice relaxing place with friendly people. Lots of good food around the vicinity and super near town. Not overly crowded as there are just 2 towers and standing tall in the midst of shophouses which is really a nice and quaint area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for a year plus, agree with frequent lift breakdowns, a big headache as to door deliveries are on the rise.
Lift system is badly designed. Too complicated to buzz your friends/ delivery guy up.
Swimming pool also under maintenance from time to time with no reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rare very high ceiling new full condo in D8. Super city view as well as sea view from high floors. Units are very windy and bright. Recreational facilities are superb with infinity swimming pool, Teppanyaki, private dining, indoor and outdoor gym, children’s playground, basketball court and many others. Connectivity via public transport (bus and MRT) is superb! All amenities (shopping malls, 24-hr seven eleven and grocery shops, eating places, schools, health care facilities, park) at walking distance. A great place for living!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great as this is close to CBD/Town and the mall is a short walk away. Quiet area if facing internally to City Square Mall.
Pool length is great. Other amenities are alright. Security is overly suspicious therefore loses one star on customer/residence orientation.
