Tried a few times the Coke always without gas and tasted funny. Staff were not trained properly cannot even fold a wrap properly end up my wrap look like a skinny popiah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the management team responsible for Subway Bendemeer, I hope your team can find a way to handle+balance the orders from delivery apps as well as physical walk in customers. When I walked in at 11:30am, the shop has no customers, was happy for a moment thinking I didn’t have to wait too long. Then, the staff simply told me that I have to wait very long because he has a long list of delivery orders to fulfill (proceedes to show me the long list from the machine). Now I know why there is no customers. I understand the current pandemic situation, wfh, shortage of manpower. But, can’t help to feel disappointed. I’ve always patronise this outlet in the past. Hope workflow & customer service can be improved. ?
