β β β β β Staffs are very slow as they talk to each other a lot, and the guy manning the counter have an attitude problem,grouchy and talk to customer rudely, he has zero customer service, worst subway service I've experienced. Will avoid this outlet like a plague.

β β β β β Wrong order, ingredients not at all fresh, stale breads and wraps, toasted incompletely, the worst tasting subway that I have experienced. It was a foodpanda delivery.

β β β β β The loaves have progressively shrunk over the years. Now it's half of what Subway used to be. Smaller buns also means lesser ingredients inside. Very pathetic looking for that kind of price. The last straw was the subpar service attitude -- I asked for a foot long roast beef, then changed my mind and asked for chunky beef instead. The lady at the prep counter suggested that I could have both -- make the foot long a half and half but still at the price of a foot long. But at checkout, bill showed two separate 6 inches which cost more! I told the cashier what the prep staff suggested, but cashier insisted no. No apologies, zero attempts to make up for their mistake. That take-it-or-leave-it attitude really made me lose my appetite. Should have asked for my money back and let them keep the sandwich. I won't be going back there anymore. Wasn't great to begin with. There are better outlets elsewhere and plenty of good food in the area.

β β β β β Very horrible customer service. Always order on delivery and despite indicating the veggies ( no olives ) in caps i still get olives every Single time. They mixed up the sauces in 3 subs before and also a couple of time i added avocado but there was no additions into the sub.
Called the owner on the number listed but he simply does not care. No action or process in place to educate staff on grab food orders.
How does subway manage their franchise standards these days?

β β β β β The worst experience ever! Ordered 4 footlong subs for 6.45pm, for my hungry kids coming home from CCA, but everything was wrong! One bread was not given as requested and they were over toasted and became super hard like baguette. Two subs did not have lettuce....although requested. They were so stingy with sauces too. And even the cookies were given wrong ones! We were left so disappointed!!

β β β β β It was a first time ordering from this outlet, and it was an utter disappointment to the brand name!
I ordered my 4 meals via grabfood.
I indicated that all the meals to be toasted, but sadly, the food came cold!
1 of the meal should come with a Vitamin xxx drink, but a cup of coke was sent instead.
Since i ordered 4 different meal sets, wouldnt it be appropriate for the staff to label on the wrapping for ease of recognition? But sadly, none was labelled, and i had to open up each wrapper to check which wrap belong to whom.
This is the worse serving from Subway i've encountered.
I understand that maybe the store is busy with overwhelming orders for muslims to break fast, but you should not compromised your service quality standard. I'm saying this as i came from Service Industry myself, and i am so ashamed to witness such things.

β β β β β Ordered via foodpanda, should have been 3 cookies, only 1 came. And the 1 cookie that came wasn't even what I ordered. Terrible experience. The cookie was hard and stale as well. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this outlet. Never having a meal ordered from there again.

β β β β β Staff that serve us was very friendly. It's a one manshow. She works alone, so I have to wait for awhile.
But she really serve customer in a kind & good manner. Very efficient and loving towards customer.
