β β β β β Please equip your branches properly. The two poor staff are struggling to keep up with orders. Business is good but its ridiculous to have to wait an hour for 2 burgers. The restaurant is packed with delivery guys and private customers alike as we all wait patiently for our orders to be done.
The two poor staff inside are struggling to keep up truly. Hope some people from management see this and does something to improve the work environment for your staff and in turn, customer experience too.

β β β β β Unfortunately this place is grossly understaffed esp on Saturday - one poor staff having to deal with deliveries and food preparation and service = super duper long wait times.

β β β β β Workers work too slow no sense of urgency even orders from delivering service apps keep coming in and walk in customers. More on looking to the gadget then moving hands for packaging or serving. It's either you just go for walk in customers or go for delivering apps cos your workers are not fast enough. Or going to you lost both.

β β β β β Its a very nice restaurant in TaiSeng. The staff there are friendly and the food is fantastic. They have very nice Wagyu Burgers, it takes a few minutes longer than normal, but worth the wait. I enjoyed my meal thoroughly and will definitely be back.

β β β β β Great to have this restaurant in the local dining district. I had the guacamole wagyu burger, small fries and coke. Has an okay sized dining area but in this area will get crowded very quickly. Easy to order via two stand alone kiosks. Service was quick considering the busy lunch time crowd.
