With so many different types and brands of bubble tea, a neighborhood bubble tea shop may not feature high on your list of must try.
A lot of people enjoys bubble teas with many add-ons and ingredients (brown sugar, fruits etc) which burst so much sugar and taste into their month that they percive it as something so strong and rich, that it must be good.
I prefer to drink my tea with no sugar and no add-on. The owner took time to explain to me how she imported her ingredients from Taiwan and cold brew them twice a day.
From my observation, it is fairly popular with the neighborhood people and the nearby schools and students. They serves waffles, which is pretty handy with the drink or an afternoon snack.
