An affordable bowl of don, yet authentic :) the queue wasn’t long as well as we’ve only waited for about 5-10mins before getting a seat. Staffs were also really friendly towards the customers and ask if they needed anything else upon serving the dons.

Every step is fast & efficient just like in japan. We Q, got seated, ordered by menu scaning with food being served in 5 min. WOW !!! The don comes in different sizes like S, M, L, XL. Price is super reasonable, just like a food court price. The beef serving per portion is good & tea that they served are complimentary. Thumbs up.

Sorry for the mistake in the earlier review. Was talking about another place and didn't really followed up on my emails. The gyudon here is pretty good and the variety at the Sukiya Singapore is amazing. I had the teriyaki salmon bowl with beef and it was so satisfying. I would like very much to see the tuna dish that you have in Japan. Missed it so much.

This is my third time here but got really disappointed this time round. This bowl of yakiniku kimchi which I ordered was 80% covered in beef fats and beef tendons, with so little lean meat for consumption. Have the quality & standard dropped? I was thinking who would pay $8.20 for a bowl of fats and if knowing that, I should have gone for the gyudon kimchi which was $2 lesser??? Well at least, the other diners at my table who ordered their gyudon bowls really had more meat than fats on their rice bowls! ?? Giving 2 stars because I could only say the kimchi was within satisfactory standards and the service staff is okay.

It's like a fast food chain selling Don and Curry Rice. Dun really like the beef slices as the smell is strong?. The vegetable is blanched and garlic taste is overpowering. However, the set price is value for money?#msgreedysis #greedybuddiez

Reasonably priced beef bowls. This explains why it's always so crowded with long queues. My first issue is when I took a seat at the tall chair area, my knee immediately hit the wooden piece below the table meant for you to keep your bag..what kinda design is that lol. Anyway, food was served promptly, portions were good - a tad too much rice I feel, but good for rice lovers & carbo-loaders haha. The new white radish beef bowl was alright.. Sour-zesty radish with savoury beef? Unique taste. I got the one with cheese & Tabasco, not bad too. If you come after 6:30pm, queue gets super long. Also they have A LOT of GrabFood & FoodPanda orders so, do cut them some slack.

Order was really easy and food was served very prompt. Amazing efficiency. Ordered gyudon and beef yakiniku don. Serving size was pretty generous though customer had the choice to decide which size they want. Both were full of flavors. Cashier made a mistake but was quickly rectified upon my feedback. That also meant some time wasted to wait for the payment to go through.

I must say I am impressed with this outlet as the suntec outlet gave me a feeling of meh and that outlet felt like another yoshinoya clone. This time around, I thought the UX is really perfected for the price. Queue and waiting time were not unbearable during peak periods. When we sat down we were pleasantly greeted with complimentary water already. Scanning the menu and digitally ordering the food was snappy and the best part was, we are NOT forced to enter tedious credit card information and make payment when the stomach is already growling. Food was delivered in an instant , the half boiled eggs were cooled (I believe on purpose) because my gf commented how easy the eggs came out of the shell, the beef was nice and portions were sufficient. Is this better than yoshinoya, overall definitely. Will I come back again? Pretty sure I will.
