β β β β β Standard varies each time I am here. On an average better than your typical food court prawn mee, very generous with their ingredients. Soup is really good and thick on their good days.

β β β β β This stall together with its other stall Sumo Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle is extremely dirty and messy. What is worst is that the workers including the owners Desmond and Regina are gangsters and bullies. There is no place in Singapore for such people.
What is worst is that the reviews in some articles looks like they are influenced.

β β β β β Really good value for money. For $5, they give you a decent portion of noodles with big fresh prawns and sweet clams. The soup does bring out the sweetness of the seafood as well. However compared to other famous prawn noodle stores, the broth is not as rich or thick. Overall still a great meal because of the fresh seafood and the excellent value, would recommend!

β β β β β A super big bowl of prawn noodles served here at the price of $5.00. You will get 3 BIG fresh prawns and 8 meaty clams with a generous amount of noodles. Their prawn broth is of a milder version, not the usual ones with strong prawn taste, is still very rich and flavorful with a tint of umami sweetness. I finished the entire bowl without feeling overwhelming and I was very satisfied with the choice made yesterday night.

β β β β β The hype is over for this stall. There was a massive queue after the marketing blitz on Social Media but when I got there, there was no queue.
The ingredients may appear to meet the price point but prawn mee broth is the key... and it the taste was too mild for me. Maybe cos the business went down and they didnβt have enough prawns to make a nice thick broth. $8 for this bowl is not worth it.
Plus the environment is bad. Place is not very clean and birds flying all over. Not coming back....

β β β β β Bought sumo big prawn noodle on takeaway. It came with 2 prawns unpeeled and few cockles. I didn't manage to took out all the clams and accidentally bit on it. Didn't see it since the soup was dark. The unique on this would be mix of yellow noodle and white bihun. Usually would be either only. It was early in the morning and no queue at all at this stall.
