★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible staff that don't tell the truth. Bought $400+ RayBan sunglasses which the lens cracked. Argued that is wasn't under warranty, but said they would ask RayBan AFTER I bought ANOTHER $250 pair of RayBans (where was the "Oops, 50% off" offer ???). Never phoned me back so went to shop after 6 weeks to be told they'd phoned me on a specific date (just ONCE ?) but no missed call for that day on my phone ..... told me RayBan refused to fix ....... I took the glasses direct to RayBan at Millenia Tower and they IMMEDIATELY said "Yes, sir, that is an internal crack and we will replace under warranty." RayBan were VERY helpful. Staff at Sunglass Hut 313 Sumerset were awful and didn't care - they deserve to go out of business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a warranty claim twice for the same pair of sunglasses within the 2-year warranty period. The staff who served me, both times, Junior, was super helpful and genuinely one of the best frontline staff I've encountered.
The sunglasses weren't even purchased from this branch but from a now-closed one in Raffles city. Despite this, he was able to process the claim both times and even recognising me (behind the mask) when i went back 6 months later for the 2nd claim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I visited Sunglass Hut @ 313 Somerset this afternoon and were served by Junior. We were after sunglasses for a particular sporting activity (snow skiing) and we were patiently advised on the most suitable glasses and assisted in making the most appropriate choices.
With so many glasses to choose from, having a knowledge person help guide you to the right choice was invaluable for us.

Being new to the sunglasses game, I was unsure of which pair of sunglasses suits me and Junior came to the rescue.
