โ โ โ โ โ Checked the opening hours on Google Map that Nex outlet opens at 11am, but surprised that the store was opened when I went at 1030am.
Service was really good. I have been wearing my sunnystep shoe everyday, until it looked worn and tired, so it was time to buy new pairs, so I bought 2 new pairs from the store.
Will be back for more. :)

We can't imagine life without them because they're so comfortable.
All of these pairs were purchased at Nex and were primarily served by Jennifer, the store's friendly and helpful staff.

โ โ โ โ โ Sales lady was super helpful and friendly, very attentive too. The shoes are so comfortable, light and itโs water resistant! Bought a pair as a birthday gift for a friend, will definitely come back to buy more. Hopeful have more promotions.

โ โ โ โ โ I was attracted by the array of colourful shoe display as I walked past. Walked into the shop with no expectations but came out feeling fulfilled. Bought a pair of balance walker for my elderly mum. End up, the size is a tad too small. However, the shop allow an exchange of size of the same color within 14 days. I went down the next day to have the size changed and it was a breeze. No questions asked and was being served delightfully by Jennifer who kindly make a conscious effort to explain to me which size would be more suitable, whether it should be 1 or 2 size up. The balance walker is both aesthically pleasing and comfortable to wear. It was also easy to maintain and durable. It definitely was a 5 star experience and I'm always delighted to support our very own local brand and was proud to see how the staff were putting in immense efforts to upkeep the brand and yet remained humble. Keep up the good job!
