B	Boon Hwee Bong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience ever, hard selling and pushing for next package before you could finish up the current package. The manager only wants to close deal, most of the great Masseurs left the companies. 4th good one also left .
A	AP Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager or perhaps boss tricked me, I said I only wanna pay $100 but she swiped $180 and claimed she didnt know how to void. I had to void it myself. High turnover rate of staff. Only good when wanting you to sign, after 2 sessions slack already and suddenly become good again when wanting to ask you to sign again
S	Super Power on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally agree with what the previous comments esp what AP Ng said, high staff turnover except the short hair manager who is meant and harsh.. when signed up the package they said their masseurs all well trained and great . but after signed up one by one left the company. Then manager will say the problems are from previous masseurs and said they all had issues the only person is the best is the manager and management. They brought the unhealthy culture ( cheating and shouting ) into Singapore!

They bring in unhealthy culture to Singapore and treated us like uncultured country... They have many offers with Fave or other platform at very cheap price. but indeed just fishing around.

She is patient, friendly & did her job excellently & professionally. The lady boss did tries to push for more service packages and persuade me to extend my current package when it’s going to end in a few months time. But as I’ve told her that I need to consider then got other customer came and I can be excuse, haha bye…

Purchased the deal, called to confirm a slot and that my voucher could be utilised the same day, and turned up later that afternoon. Perhaps it because it was an off peak weekday afternoon. The masseuse’s technique was on point; picked up all my aching areas and I left feeling pretty good and refreshed. Honestly a pretty decent experience today.

Went to the shop on the dot, was met by reception who cannot speak english. Then a lady approached saying facial cannot be done due to they are busy. I said how long should i wait, they said they are not sure coz busy. Told them i had an appointment, they acknowledged that the reception overlooked and the customer wanted to add a treatment and that i had to "maybe" wait for 2 hours. But is not sure. The experience was so stressful. Pls stay away from this place.

Got a package for my mom n myself in Fave. from the appointment making to the massage was ok even thou they called me few time to confirm the appointment n they are late half an hour for our 4pm appointment... Staffs n massage skill very good... Yes, they do a little "hard selling" but my mom love the massage that the reason we signed a "good" package with them after some budgeting... Place n spa itself not the most comfortable but staffs friendliness and skills make up to it... Not a bad spa to try thou ...
