★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the West Wing of Suntec City, this Customer Service counter is the closest to Suntec City Convention Centre of the three available counters. As mentioned in my other review of the East Wing counter, the staff members are rotated amongst all 3 counters and they do try their best to help you. A little kindness and patience do go a long way in helping them with their long hours of helping shoppers.
This particular counter tends to draw the weekend shoppers, especially Suntec members looking to be within the alloted limit to redeem free carpark coupons.
Pro-tip: If you are not a Suntec+ member, be sure to sign up so as not to hold up the queue for everyone. Also, remember to get a queue number from the little machine at the corner.
