★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is my first visit to Sunway Medical Centre Singapore. Clinic is very spacious and clean. The doctor and reception staff were all very professional and friendly. Mostly importantly I didn't get to wait long without making an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even as the friendly staff struggle with issue of lacking manpower, they are still extreme friendly and helpful as they try to strife for the highest customer satisfaction.
I've receive a feedback from my company that there are some issues with my x-ray results and I'm urgently in need of the x-ray scan results. I try to no avail to get them on their cooperate office number after 2 days of repetitive calling after which I fall back to the last resort to try and get them via their cooperate WhatsApp. To my pleasant surprise they got back to me first thing in the morning via WhatsApp and even procure my results on the same day and sent me the soft copy in the afternoon.
I'm really impressed with the level of efficiency they display in the face of such lacking of staff.
A big shout out to the staff for such a great job they achieve and hope they keep up this energy for the years to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this clinic is one of best clinics in SG. Super clean and quiet. Nurses are friendly and always helpful. i’d like to express my sincerely appreciate to Dr Soon. He is definitely an excellent and professional doctor. he always patiently listening to all my symptoms each time, carefully diagnosing, and solve my problems. i would highly recommend Dr Soon and this clinic to all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant experience with health screening and can get appointment without long waiting unlike others need to make appointment one month in advanced. The nurses there are polite and even served us light snacks and drink after the health screening. Definitely recommend this and will come back again!
