Wow what a ripoff 48$ for a haircut I can pay $12 at echouse or qbhouse. Stylist also cut my hair not as well as ec or qb lol

I had my hair chemically straightened by Sam and he was excellent. The cut was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this salon.

I felt that the cut was not professional. A little disappointed in their hours. Always closed before I get home from work. Messed up my haircut more than once. The people aren’t professional and they speak lots of dialect in between serving customers. It is distracting and you aren’t sure if they are gossiping about you,

Horrible. Agree with the above reviews on wash. Overpriced. Untrained hair dressers. Zero customer service orientation. Just go to QB house who will charge 1/5th price and 2x the time on you.

Horrible ! I thought it’s going to be good since the outlook of the hair salon looks posh. I ask for wash and blow , their skills aren’t there, my whole ear is wet and my clothings are wet also. The lady that blow my hair didn’t bother to divide my hair portion before blowing

Male here. Went in after breakfast next door for convenience.... paid $43 (said no to a shampoo which is extra) for a rushed job (prob 15 minutes or less) by the lady there which was very sub par... only blended one side and didn’t cut enough.. better off going to any of the local barbers..I ended up going to a professional and paying another $40 to get it fixed up a couple weeks later... She had the audacity to offer me a package deal when I went to pay also...

I wanted to cut and colour my hair. And showed the stylist ( peggy) on my phone the colour i had wanted. She pointed to her sample hair, which was similar to the hair colour I wanted. An ash colour tone. As I was considering to let her colour my hair she misled me by saying it will be very obvious. That was exactly what I wanted! A visible ash colour. So I told her to go ahead and colour my hair. What turned out was nothing like the ash blonde hair i wanted. Instead she gave me a dull brown red tone. O was too upset to speak. Even worse my hair remained black and the very light tone is only visible under bright light. My hair basically remained black. During the process she even added another $25 product to retain the colour, she claimsķ. But what colour is there in the 1st place to retain? My bill was $263 for cut and colour!!! Seriously there was hardly any colour. Why am I paying for a $263 colour job that did not produce any colour???.I could achieve that light tint on my own with a DIY $15 box colour from Loreal or Bigen. A total disappointment and daylight robbery. She even tried to push a $55 shampoo onto me. My dad said no. Halfway through she told me the colour may not be as bright as the sample. Well at that point what can I do? since she had already started colouring my hair halfway?....gosh why didn't she say this in the beginning. In fact she lied it will be very visible and bright and beautiful. Instead my hair was not at all the colour I wanted. She even had the audacity to later suggest i try bleaching for another $160. She was not at all apologetic or guilty. I fely like crying as i left the salon. Pls avoid them if you plan to colour. They are using inhuse lousy ingredients.

Really bad customer service from the bald guy. Really rude respond. I was asking about my charges and he said I can’t see my hair. The whole start was not right. No wonder bad review from all customers. Immediately assume that I’m unable to afford it and I walked away.
