We have just returned from a 12D tour from Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia + Italy on 25 June 2019 with Super Travels. This is our first experience travelling on a group tour with a local agency. It was a wonderful experience. The sceneries are breath-taking. There are also many interesting architecture of the olden times as the countries have very rich history. We got to experience different cultures and were introduced to the special dish of each place we visit. It was a seamless and meticulously planned tour by a very experienced tour guide. The service provided by him was beyond our expectation. We were impressed by how he took care of the young and old. He was also very thoughtful towards those with walking difficulties. The driver was also very pleasant and professional. Although the rides were usually very long and at times roads were winding and narrow, his superb driving skills made us feel safe and comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent trip! We will definitely travel with Super Travels again!

I have travelled with Super about 4 times, the last one just 2 weeks ago for a 13Day trip to Spain and Portugal. The other times were to Turkey, Italy, and Shanghai. Super is like the most underrated travel agency ever. They hardly advertise but grow strong by word of mouth. We get great value from them. Sure, some folks need their 5 star accommodation and luxe meals. daily and will inevitably choose Chan Bros or Dynasty But with Super, we get very decent local 4 star hotels and most meals are pretty good! We love Super and WE WILL BE BACK!

Was recommended by a friend so decided to give it a try and I was awed with everything when I went to the Baltic with Super Travels. Amazing trip, excellent tour leader, great hotels & food, knowledgeable local guides. Definitely will recommend to all. Super is Superb!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the great job. P.s. Booked their 10 days Finland for the aurora for December with my family of 6. Hehehehe ^^

Was looking around for quotation and tours, the front desks salesperson were quite desperate trying to outrun each other towards the door first, it felt like watching children, didn’t look professional. WhatsApp questions were also not answered in details, one or two liners. The WhatsApp contact was also served by one of the 3 front desk. Hope things can improve.

Went for their 13 days Germany romantic tour with tour guide Danny. Everything was well taken care of and I really enjoyed the trip. It was a relaxing journey and we got to explore many parts of the country. The hotels and meals were great! Danny is very approachable and patient, a good tour guide indeed! Will definitely look for them again in the future! :)

Our Singapore Tour Manager, Linda Pan was extremely helpful and kind, she went out of her way to assist with any questions and concerns we may have, she was also generous and shared tips to improve our trip experience. The salesperson who attended to us, Danny was also helpful in replying to our queries even when they were directed to him outside office hours. The covid situation can be better managed, to be frank, we were disappointed with how this was handled. We hope Super Travels can strive to be more flexible and updated with regulations with regards of entry requirements. It is not that hard to find out the truth by contacting the right authorities, we had to go through a lot of trouble just to prove that it can be done. $60USD for a simple swap test is unreasonable, we know how much it actually cost to do so in Turkey and how badly the people there are trying to take advantage of the situations. Although Hotels were 5 Stars, we did not enjoy some of the hotels selected, some were dirty and others had bad services with substandard rooms. The turkey tour guide, Aras from Look Vacations was knowledgeable with history, itinerary planning and food was good. Unfortunately, there were too much problems arising with his attitude towards pride and money oriented. One example, he mentioned about asking him any questions or problems that we may have, but always end up being angry and reluctant to help. He was unaccommodating towards questions about anything related to itinerary planning and questions regarding our personal concerns, we were taken aback towards some of his response. 1 example, he mentioned about doing a PCR test, in which my wife and I were sold from Danny that it was ART test, not PCR, hence we kindly approached Aras for the first time to clarify about the tests. He had a short temper, frowned, sighed and laughed at us, in which he replied in his on words, “It is not my fault and not my country’s problem, it is your country so you should ask your country, not me. You can do ART test if you like but if you can’t go back to Singapore, it’s not my fault, okay?”. There were no attempts to help nor signs of concerns, zero empathy. For shopping, Aras brought us to a lot of mandatory shopping locations, which upon check were tourist traps, things were way overpriced with 2-4 times the price of shops outside, fake branded goods, salesmen that were extremely pushy and cornering us at times. We were locked in a space in nowhere and were not allow us to leave without listening to the mandatory sales first. Some who had made purchase had regrets after checking, we walked around the street to find the same items with at least half the price tag, the so called certificates were invalid upon check. 6 mandatory shopping locations took up to 8 hours of our trip, which could have been used for other activities. It was unsettling knowing that a guide was supposed to help us save money instead of selling us overpriced products. He mentioned that grand bazaar sold overpriced products, but upon checking they were much cheaper than the places he brought us to. The ART test, which the government announced on 1 April that everyone can do virtual test. Aras was reluctant to let us follow through with the new regulations, he forced everyone to do PCR instead. I understand that Super Travels was worried for our safety, however Aras wasn’t, he was worried about losing 2 x $60USD, as well as others following suit if our test worked. It was easy for him to find out the information, because after a lot of self checks and calls to turkey embassy, MFA & clinics, which they all approved, he then told me that we simply needed to call Singapore airlines in turkey to get an accurate answer. Bear in mind, this was after a lot of persuasion from him & all the stress from our end doing the pointless calls. Overall we enjoyed the trip, the itinerary and sight seeing was nice and much better than expected, Turkey is definitely a nice place for a trip. Without Linda’s assistance, it may not have been as positive due to the hiccups.
