五月27号和Eric以50%订金谈好價格装浴室玻璃门，30号被要求付全额才开工，经商量后以70%订金谈好六月10号装，10号当天Eric打来说工人受伤取消换13号装，一整个早上没人来不接电话不回信息直到下午3点才冲冲忙忙赶工，10m的玻璃用15m的U Channel被逼要接受，手工粗糙，最后玻璃门被工作人员爆了角,Eric说18号会回来换门，经交涉谈好17号12点至4点装门，结果等了三个小时三点被告知玻璃门没好必需换去21号装，这是一家没有信用，不负责任的公司，要三思。

Extremely ridiculous pricing

Made enquiry on 14 Sept to install frameless clear mirror. Michelle replied to my queries via whatsapp swiftly, managed to set on-site visit date on 18 Sept. On 18 Sept, no show, last min notify me only when I checked in with her, and reschedule to 20 Sept. After site visit, she mentioned to me upon payment of deposit, earliest installation date would be 7-10 days. Hence, decided to pay the 50% deposit. However, after making payment on 21 Sept, I made a query to check when installation date can be set but totally no response till 27 Sept. Finally set an installation date on 1 Oct 10am-11am. On 1 Oct, 10:45am still no show, so called Michelle via whatsapp.. Landline.. No answer and no response at all. No choice, went on fb to find another number. Thankfully Lawrence answered the call and confirmed there were staff coming down but they were running late. From then on, all communication with Lawrence was smooth. He made sure installation was completed well. Michelle... Totally MIA until 14 Oct, when she asked me to make balance payment - I have already made full payment a while back. Dont understand how a business is run when staff can MIA midway during process of handling the job after deposit payment is made. But appreciate Lawrence for taking over professionally and completing the installation of the mirror.

Absolute disaster. Cheap work, did not meet the quotation and expected workmanship of what seemed like a professional organisation. Run away from this company.

I wish there is 0 star option, this company is completely dodgy and unreliable. My biggest mistakes are not checking the review abt them n made FULL payment to them! This is event of my encounter: 15 apr- shower screen burst 18 apr- made enquiry and eric quoted $650 for shower glass + handle+ hinge ; additional hinge for the other toilet $180 each 20 apr- on site inspection and measurement 21 apr- full payment to them 22 apr- installation to be on 29 apr morning 9-10 29 apr- workers no show in morn, reschedule to same day afternoon; still no show! 4.30pm Eric then called to explain the door got scratched on the way (BS!) and said he was on reservist 3 May- redo the door n confirmed 6 may 2-3pm installation 6 May- workers late! Came without handle ; boss instruction was to use owner’s ! 10 May- reminded ERIC the handle was still missing. He Claimed that whole sg no stock of my handle! 15 May- Eric said boss was still searching the handle 31 May- finally admitted that they took the measurement of handle from the master bathroom and the length does not exist anymore. Hence boss agree to make new door 2 jun- Eric promised to make new door 7-10days lead time 20 Jun- asked Eric when was the installation; promised following wednesday + install protective film 29 Jun(today!) - no show of workers again!! Eric said to call boss .. and no news Can someone tell me what to do to them! Fully paid and become under their mercy. It is so unjustifiable! 2 months of agony with Superglass! My worst experience with a supplier. Please please do not use them ! If they change company name, do check that it is not this address 20 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A S567661
