For the PET LOVERS CENTRE SHOP SITUATED IN TAMPINES MALL (B1)They say pets bring out the warmth, humility and compassion in humans but it seems this woman while selling the products sold these virtues as well. Travelled to numerous countries but never found a shop with such filthy etiquettes. 'We run a business here', she said, now here are two rules of business : know your audience (people skills) and earn. This place failed in both arenas. Neither does she know how to handle customers nor does she know how to run a business. The tactic of earning money is not that simple and is beyond the owner's capability. Such disgusting attitude for what? Their products are old fashioned, no one is to attend, most repulsive behaviour at the counter by the thing that OWNS the shop is seen, and this is what she calls business? but hey, it's not annoyance, but pity. The owner, she must have not attended a decent school where gestures, business etiquettes, or even day to day etiquettes, the correct way of speaking are taught, so it's okay, people are sad but we cannot make our experience sad either so instead of going to Pet lover center in Tampines Mall, please visit the shops near the mall for a magnificent service and products!

We have a small “zoo” at home and normally buy our pets items at Tampines Mart Pet Lovers Centre.The staff here is really nice and helpful.They even help me open the door when my hands are full.Thanks for the consistent good service given to me when I am there???.
