★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Folks at superself really made sure I was as comfortable possible for the distasis recti (abs separation) treatment. The process was interesting and different from anything I’ve ever experienced. It can be a bit uncomfortable in the beginning as it takes getting used to ur body automatically having the feeling like u r doing crunches but u r just stationary! After the initial few minutes it pretty much feels neutral, I can proceed to use my phone, watch some drama and it’s over! I feel stronger and supported in my walking and other daily activities chasing after a little one. It’s so important to take care of ourselves after such a big event like child birth and get back in strength, much needed to care for a little one! Bring stronger and supported in core also makes sure we don’t over compensate with bad posture that leaves us with body/back/knee aches! Highly recommend especially with their reasonable pricing & sessions!
