Brought my Shiba puppy to them, loved the service provided. Owner was very informative to guide me on how frequent certain grooming has to be done! Signed up a full grooming package with them!??

I hesitated whether to leave a review but I think it's for the greater good for the rest of the dog owners. Especially since right after the session before I examine my boy, I was asked if I would like to sign a package. Similar experience to the other two recent reviews. The fur was unevenly shaved. The cut was terrible. But that's a small matter that I can live with since fur grows back eventually. The main problem was that one of my dog's nails came back chipped at the side and it was obvious it bled during the grooming session but it was kept from me. On closer examination when I got home, I could see the nail quick was exposed. Before the grooming, the nails were nicely filed as I walk my dog on the pavement regularly. When I fetched my dog, he scratched me almost immediately as the nails were not filed and it was sharpened instead due to the nail cutting. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. I'm quite disappointed because I actually put in the effort to source for a reputable groomer and I thought I found one since this place has 4 stars with many reviews. But I'm started to wonder if this has something to do with the T&C stated during the initial registration. (They explicitly stated not to post bad reviews about them in the T&C lol) Oh and our dog was 4.5kg but the place decided to charge it as medium..good to confirm with them their definition before engaging them.

First time sending my puppy for grooming and groomer recommended full grooming. The fur on the top and facial area wasn’t clean. The top of the head is uneven whereas the face area wasn’t even. Overall not worth the money I had paid for. I would not return based on my own experience.

Moved to sembawang recently and glad to find a pet grooming store that serves this quiet neighbourhood. Brought my dog Blackie for nail cut and shower today. Shop was small, simple and clean and groomer was professional. Groomer also recommended and did dental scaling which I appreciated very much as even my vet could not do anything about the teeth and gum issues of my senior dog. Will definitely visit this shop again.

Brought my 4 month old kitten Kai for her first grooming session. I was initially worried as when I tried to shower her at home, she got really aggressive. However, my worries we’re unfounded as the groomer is very professional and Kai was calm and obedient throughout. Will definitely come back here for regularly grooming :)

Do not recommend this place. Groomer didn't clean my dog's ear properly and anyhow said that my dog's ear got ear mites. It was just ear wax and she didn't clean it properly. Uneven cut, didn't do a proper job at trimming my dog's ear fur also. So expensive for a small breed too $78 + $20 for teeth brushing. Go at your own risk.

Recently started visiting Surrpaws & happy to have found this place. Paige is able to handle my dog, whom can be very aggressive.. quite a few groomers have rejected him for his aggression. She is able to groom him well & most importantly he goes home happy! That’s how I know he has been treated well ?

Just brought my rescued mongrel there this evening, surprised that she able to shave my dog, and trim her nail without muzzle on. It’s very evenly shaved too, her previous groomer wasn’t able to shave her very well previously because my mongrel had bad experience with grooming before so she show some aggression here and there. Groomer give us some tips and feedback on how to groom her on daily basis too after the grooming session. Thank you for the session!
