★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far best coffeeshop in the same location. Western food, chicken rice, roti prata, noodles very delicious. Prices OK, a few very cheap less than 3 dollars. Please come in the afternoon less crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The folks here are friendly. Comparing to the next nearest kopitiam (folks there face black Black ant smelly attitude). I rather walk to Yak Hong than going for down to 50#
Food there overall better also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although Its a neighborhood coffeeshop, the varieties are good. Western, local, indian muslim, malay, and best part, it is a clean coffeeshop. There's a 7-11 nearby and next to a MSCP. Good for a quick meal. Most of the food are rather tasty too. Chicken rice is very nice. Too bad it is not facing the main road, otherwise there should be more customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a good variety of food stalls. The coffee is good .But there is not much variety of choices in the morning for breakfast . Breakfast choices are so limited at the mix rice stall and the indian stall. Twice i bought from the mix rice stall , 1st time the mee hoon was not cooked well and the second time 2 weeks ago the kway teoh was full of sand. The few mouth i took i chewed with the sand and threw away the rest.

Each stall staff bad behavior still need to improve like bossy yaya... I know they are stall bosses but we are customers. Do you know why the previous 2 coffee shops closed? We customers boycotted as disrespectful. Latest Western food, Guo Chang Zi Char, Tian Le Set Rice very nice should try! Prices are affordable and cheaper than nearby Fu Chan coffee shop at Blk 505.
