As a first time cat owner, we were clueless and she were kind enough to share with us through her experience and gave a handful of good tips. She deserves to be complimented for her excellent customer service. Tip top.

Staff at cashier was very patient to explain the difference between 2 treats for my pet, and advised me not to buy first and use what I have at home. I appreciate such honesty instead of just simply to get businesses. Will definitely be back for anything my pet needs.
