★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s your usual Ajisen Ramen joint. Fried chicken had a distinct ginger taste that was nice but could do with more seasoning. Ramen chashu was dry and tough. You could have guessed that just by looking at it. At Ajisen, you get what you pay for.

First, the tablet is too sensitive to use, and try asking help from the staff, no one seem bother to serve us, and finally we got the manager (I think he is) to serve us, and he is very impatient with us.
This will be my last time here.

Order slip came to us. After that when they serve the kids meal, than informed us that it's not allow. We didn't see any notice and when the staff pass the slip to us also didn't mentioned anything at all. So we had to return 1 kids meal.
Sad..... my kids wanted both cause she want to try both. In the end she only took 1 kids meal. Date not order others cause in case she cannot finish both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. There was no queue, and there were at least 6 staffs working (excluding kitchen staff). There were empty seats and we were waiting to be seated (ordering was DIY via ipad), but they acted that people waiting to be seated were invisible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajisen standards has tremendously dropped as i was serviced by two female staffs, one by the name of Hong Yi and another trainee. It was quite busy to my understanding where 3/4 of the restaurant was filled. However, we had simple requests such as topping up water but were ignored by them as well as having to deal with their attitude of unhappiness. Overall the managers/full timers were helpful but our mood was ruined due to the females ignorance towards customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I packing VOC and kimchi ramen set , both no ingredients inside! Only go home then noticed . I suggest all who packing must open up to check before leaving . Wasted my money .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a decent Japanese ramen restaurant. It has decent food and the service here is average. The food is prepared very quickly and that there are a variety of ramen and rice set meals here to choose from. Though it might be a little expensive for some. Overall an average fine dining experience, would recommend for its great tasting sodas.
