I can’t believe I met such a rude person. I ordered an omelette and she say can’t you see I am so busy and she refuse to take my order. Horrible service and I hope I don’t see her again.

came around 9pm on 8 March. I didn't notice the offer and wanted to buy 10 for $7.30. Then, she started speaking very loudly saying how they only sell in 6s. As she kept mumbling, I couldn't really make up what she was saying so when I said, "huh". She cursed at me in Chinese. Very bad service

Food is decent despite the service. been requesting the omelette rice that was on menu for many months. Had it a few times before and it was really good. However, in the recent months the staff kept insisting that they do not have the omelette rice. Such a shame that one of the best items in their menu was not for sale / out of stock.

I usually don't write reviews, but this particular incident with this stall was really so unpleasant that I hope others will not have to experience. I ordered 10 takos in total and they were separated into 2 different boxes. I did not notice that there was a promotion today, (5 for $3.30, which makes 10 for $6.60) so I thought the total price for 10 takos would be $7.30 as shown on the menu. I handed her $10.30, expecting a $3 change. The server shot me a really weird look and I thought she was judging me for handing her another 30 cents more in order to get a $3 change. To make her "judge" me less, I said (in Chinese): "Oh isn't it 7.30? You can give me $3 change." She did not say anything and accepted my $10.30, returning me $3. Before I left, I saw the promotion board on my left. It was then I remembered that there was a promotion going on and I had paid her extra. So I did not leave but instead asked her for the 70 cents she shortchanged me. At that point in time I felt that I was the one in the wrong,(for handing her extra money) so I was actually quite paiseh. But she refused to give me back my the 70 cents and offered to give me 2 more extra takos. She did not tell me that I paid her extra money nor told me that she would be giving me two takos extra immediately after I handed her the cash but only after I asked for my change back...it really made me suspect that she would just take my money and not give me extra takos at all. In addition, I even asked her if it was $7.30 but she did not reply me and just took my cash. Side note: On the contrary, there was like two times when I gave the cashier of other stalls extra money she would give it back. I had a feeling that she was really sus so I did not want to accept the offer because I wanted my 70 cents back. Because we weren't able to reach our consensus, she told me to wait at the side before she serves the customer behind, to which I agreed. After she finished serving the customer behind, she repeated her offer again but I insisted to have my 70 cents back. She said she already keyed in and placed the money into the cash register and would not be able to retrieve it again. I found what she said absolutely ridiculous now and you will know why in the end. Without asking whether I am willing to accept a refund, she took the takos from me and OPENED THE CASH REGISTER and returned me my full sum - $10.30. She claimed that she will not be able to return me 70 cents? Because she already keyed in the amount? Yet she was able to open the cash register and take the full sum out? I am utterly speechless at this point. Moreover, if she said that she had already "keyed in" the value in the cash register, I am assuming she keyed in $7.30 that's why she was unable to give me back my 70 cents. This further proves my point that she knew I had paid extra but was unwilling to give it back. She took my food, gave me back my money, and without telling me a single word, and continued serving the customers behind. Am I supposed to clap for such wonderful service? I have actually been buying takos from this stall since I was young and it was mainly because I liked the food there? But something really has to be done about the service though =_= it was really unpleasant. Another extra side note: The person who served who was not the usual curly hair auntie but a new face? I have never seen her before.

Same as another review, the staff claims omelette rice is sold out. Nevertheless, i did order omelette noodles but I had to wait 15 minutes to get it as she was too busy watching video on her phone and cooking her dinner (vegetables) in the rice cooker. How do I know it was her dinner? She kept stirring something in the rice cooker and eventually poured it out into a tingkat, obviously not meant for the customers. Then she proceeds to cook my omelette noodles. Maybe there's no omelette rice cause the rice cooker is meant solely to cook her meals.

6 TAKOYAKI ($5.40) ? The filling is very little, so it's actually quite empty inside the takoyaki. ? I think it's quite affordable, won't comment on whether it's value for money. ? No waiting time cause not a lot people buy I guess? ? I purchased recently cause its been YEARS since I last ate. So feeling nostalgic I went to make a purchase. The staff carried out my request to have more sauce which is quite nice. But I think it's something I will only buy if I feel like eating takoyaki.
