Swensen's

Was at Swensen West Mall today for dessert. Aside from the long wait for service when the restaurant was relatively quiet, what struck us was the clearly Low morale staff. This was not one staff in particular but literally every single staff that we could observe. No one was smiling at all. Everyone was dragging their feet and trudging around dismally. None of them even said a word to each other in the time we were there. Even our ice cream looked sad. Not sure what is the root cause but the staff don’t seem to be happy working there. Overworked? Mismanaged? Really hope things get better for them soon.

The food here is decent and the waiting time is alright. The service here is okay, the price of the items is a bit high as it is a popular American brand. I had a great experience here with my family and it is a good restaurant to dine in when celebrating occasions. It is also convenient to reach as it is located in West Mall, near the Bukit Batok MRT station. Overall, had an enjoyable experience here.

Swensen @West Mall Beef Lasagne is one of my favourite dish when I dine in at swensen.Its the best beef Lasagne compared to others restaurant. Calamari Ring is a must as a side dish. Crispy on the outside but so tenders on the inside.paired this two togethers and u won't notice who is sitting beside you??

Worst customer service ever, don’t think they even deserve 1 star. Bought 2 cakes to be collected on 2 different date. 1st collection, I was told that the driver got into an accident and that all the chocolate cakes were damaged. Had to change my cake flavour. I requested to change to another cake type as strawberry is not our preferred flavour but was told that no refund will be given for the differences. So it’s my fault that the driver got into an accident? 2nd collection, I still didn’t managed to get the cake that I have ordered as I was told that the someone got the order wrong and we had to change our flavour AGAIN. The cake we got came with a broken chocolate sign. The service recovery was rubbish, with the manager not being kind. Just told us that only got this cake left, take it or leave it.

...had a wonderful dinner. The sirloin steak was so tender and juicy..? Love the Salmon salad too. Service was a bit slow but it's ok, friendly staffs... overall nice place.

Food portion is definitely small compare to the price paid. Customer service below par as they couldn't explain properly on our birthday treat redemption. They saw you coming and wanted to ask questions, instead of coming to you, they just walked away!

Decided to visit to celebrate a friend’s birthday to reminisce old times. Alas, the old school charm has departed and many of the memorable items either are not on the menu or taste different. In terms of value for money, this fried chicken and waffles was $15 after tax, and I didn’t think it was worth it.
