★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far, the worst resturant experience in Singapore. Service and food was horrible. Ordered lobster and steak and got questioned multiple times stating the price of my order. And when they serve it 40mins later, food was pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15Oct21 - Visited Collin's at T3. Ordered the 2 dishes. The staff were very service oriented but unfortunately the promotional dish was not. The ribs was a little dry but I am ok to finish it. The pork chop was totally dry and I only consumed 1/4 of it. I was very surprised that Collins's had such a standard. Definitely not the usual standard of food that I had previously with Collin's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a plate of the platter which consist of pork rib, chicken, fish and a sausage. However the chicken was soooo dry and not nice. Also ordered a plate of duck meat and it is the nicest out of all the meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is bad. The staff did not even give us a serving plate for the Malay chicken and fries. The chicken taste stale. I ordered garlic bread for the mushroom soup, the soup came first. 30 min later the garlic bread. Gave feed back to the staff and told her to notify the restaurant manager of the stale chicken. No one approached me. I had to call the manager personally and tell him abt the issue. He was apologetic and waved the cost for fries and Malay chicken . Will never dine here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/10/21 - Went there again and still we enjoyed and the food were delicious and tasty. Both the staffs we compliment on our last month visit were there and still maintain their excellent service and professionalism. Will definitely come often. One thing which I need to highlight... The cashier slang wasn't easily understood and not very clear when speak and she got frustrated when I asked her to repeat again and again.
11/09/21 - Nice place to have your meals. The food is tasty and the portion is good. Love the ambience. One thing I have to say is that the staffs were very helpful, attentive, friendly and polite. Very happy with the excellent service especially to the short hair Chinese lady and a Malay gentlemen. Keep up the good work!
