★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well thought and organised based on different risk segments (staff and public) and the separation screen. Feels safe to come back here to eat and truly miss the Chicken Rice and Kopi...so it's all good that I got them today eventually since the last COVID outbreak here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a foodcourt ... by Kopitiam ... pretty large capacity ... sadly however there were several vacated stalls(probably due to Covid) ... the remaining stalls do provide good food ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well managed not wanting to have another covid outbreak. Was very clean good housekeeping. I had a simple sandwich with a beverage to go with. Drinks stall service was fast moving n brisk !

This is T3 Kopitiam?
Think twice before you dine here, food are expensive, worker attitude is not good and adding more waste to the environment.
I hope kopitiam management sees this, if you are the ones who set the rules, please see what you had done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few 24h establishments at Changi Airport. Great place to pick up a kaya toast -- don't know how they slice the bread so fine so the butter/kaya-to-bread ratio is high -- or some steamed buns and dim sum for breakfast with tea/coffee doused with condensed milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always liked this food court. But was disappointed with the Nasi Padang stall today
The seller was unethical. Items were overpriced for a hawker stall for the portion. Ordered 3 meat items without any vegetable but was charged with vegetable set.
Owner has the nerve to comment that as I hold the Kopitiam discount card, it was OK. Decided not to argue but throughly disappointed with such behaviour.
Decided not to get another plate because the owner will anyways “mark-up” the price . Those with discount card, do take note. Only buy things per standard published price !

1. Braised Duck
2. Mala
3. Ban Mian
4. Fishballs noodles
5. Yong Tau Foo
6. Chicken Rice
7. Korean food
Tried the fishballs noodles with extra fishballs soup and jumbo fried Wanton.
Fishball is OK.

I think it's the worse kway chap I ever had in my life and in Singapore..
Taste very plain..
Airport staff get 30% discount with special kopitiam card..
Besides, a lot stall had closed due to covid.. so not much selection or foods... a lot of empty seats..
