★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Synergy Maintenance was easy to work with regarding scheduling and reasonably priced. They communicated with us on the building cleaning and painting processes so there were no surprises or misunderstanding. Our building’s windows posed some challenges as they are difficult to access in certain places. But these guys were very professional, staying late to walk us through the work and recleaning a few areas to ensure that we were satisfied. They also jet-washed the glass canopy with no damage or issue with the light fixtures. I would recommend them and will be using their services again.
