★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the Tie Guan Yin Latte last week, it was so refreshing and fragrant. Slightly milky, but the tea taste was still very distinct. Perfect for Chinese Tea lovers that got bored of the traditional Chinese tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed.. Ordered a hot tie guan yin latte with 25% sugar.. taste milky with hardly any tea taste.. if i can't taste the tea in the hot option, the cold one would likely be worse with dilution caused by the ice.. won't order again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with my mum on 10 April Sunday 4pm. Cashier was really rude and unprofessional. We went into the store to get a seat but the staff shouted at us to let us know we have to place our order first. The people in front of me were struggling to order in English, yet the cashier could not communicate with them (u might want to hire someone who can speak mandarin for a Chinese tea store?). Terrible experience. Please train your staff to be more customer centric. Never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came alone on a sunday evening (5-Sep). 1st time at this outlet, usually I go to the Funan one. Love white peach oolong latte here. The staffs are efficient and I feel that they are more friendly than Funan staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG！everyone should try this 伯牙绝弦！！super refreshing even you add more than 50% sugar. 斋瓜瓜 is like watermelon juice, not bad. 冷泡茶 more like my father's favourite, hahaha, because this tea No sugar No milk, Just pure TEA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typically a bubble tea lover, I had a different experience here at Ba Wang. The drinks here are more towards the traditional side of tea, with no bubbles and less sweetness(using rock sugar). Requested for the recommended items, and the hot seller was the white peach oolong latte. It was something of milk tea base, however the tea fragrance was prominent as compared to your usual bubble teas.
The service staff was friendly and meticulous as they had introduced that each cup/ serving of drinks are to be made on the spot, without any pre-made mixes as to emphasise on the freshness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite place. Ordered the Tropical Fruits Green Tea without sugar. The tea are fragrant, which I think are hard go come by.
The only improvement I hope the management can consider is their table and high chairs. The table is nice to have but not functional has it blocks the knee, which makes it uncomfortable to sit.
