Stuff'd

Today I queued for a good 45 minutes at this outlet. Never have I had to wait so long. Yet, this review is not to complain about the wait, but to commend the staff. Selvi was the only one working the counter and cashier the whole time during PEAK hour and she still was pleasant to every single customer, and patient as well. I cannot imagine the stress and tiredness that comes from running back and forth on her own but she really did it well. She clearly had a good measure of things and her process worked. Yes, it was slow. But that was due to the indecisive people in front of me ?. Yall should know what you want before it's your turn guys. Come on! Anywho, Selvi did great. Good thing she still had DJ helping with pack up. I cannot imagine her doing everything on her own. Stuff'd Management, you need to be super thankful for this woman. She deserves a raise! 10 stars to her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Long queue expected as it’s dinner time, however Ms Selvi from Hillion mall Stuffd handle multiple orders in one go in orderly and in a systematic fashion alone in the outlet. Surprised during peak hours only one staff is working. Her working attitude is admirable and at no time she lose her cool or feeling frustrated dealing with long queues. Well done Ms Selvi.

Previously when we came at 1030, they say it opens at 11. This week when we came at 11, it’s still not open. Should update the opening hours if the stall cannot meet its operating hours???????

Food is consistent- central kitchen and assembled on the spot. Staff is incredibly rude and out of 5 orders screws up 2. Other options available where you can give ur lunch/ dinner money to.

Visited the outlet for the first time today. With some bad experience in other outlets, didn’t expect much rather than get my food craving satisfied. To my surprise the crew in this outlet seem very friendly and accommodating. I manage to have a short chit chat with the outlet manager Selvi, she was very friendly and still attend to me although she was busy. Thanks to Selvi, hakim, DJ and Rubiah for making my day better today. Will come back again to this outlet and mark it as my favourite outlet. Kudos guys on your great customer service. ??????

This is perhaps the worst outlet, worst personnel, worst service, worse burritto I have ever eaten for stuffd. I’m so so so disappointed that I find a need to post this. Being a long time patron to this stall, I find myself craving for a chicken burrito today and decided to brave the holiday crowd and queue. First let me emphasise that for every STANDING and QUEUING customer, they will take one of these slips of grab orders to serve them first. EVERY ONE time… so technically even if there are only 7 in front, it’s actually 14 in front of you or more. So I queued for so long and when it came to my turn, it was a lady who was super unfriendly and impatient, just plain RUDE. If you know ur front line employees need to listen to customers, please get someone who can hear properly… instead of her being apologetic for not being able to hear us, she got frustrated at us and gave snarky feedbacks. Nvm that, after going home to my burrito it started falling apart even before I ate it, and it was not even possible to eat already :( so so so upset with this purchase that I find a need to type down my experience. I love stuffd but I’m so upset with the staff and their service there :(

Lalitha and DJ are very awesome humans that have overcome difficult situations on earth. Despite the number of enemies that are in line, they remain clam and composed, to slowly degenerate them... I congratulate them on getting their 4 star general rank and hope that they continue to serve with pride :)

I always visit Stuff'd next to get a good and healthy meal. So far, the food has been very consistent and the portion is worth the money. The staff there are also friendly, especially the one at the topping station.
