Anyway, We have exchange something for less value. In so doing, I believe it's a win-win situation for Mr Bean and the Customer. More importantly, Mr Bean has gained one more happy Customer. Why not?
w	wkwsci 149 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would often pack their rice bowl for lunch - can request to not heat up the food now. Usually, they will separate the vegetables and eggs from the meat and rice. Overall, the service is quite good. However, in the morning, there is only one person preparing the order which result in long waiting time. Purchase only if there is no queue nor are you rushing for time.

There were 2 aunties ard but they kept talkinh yo each other, I waited for my order(black soy milk, peanut &viet coffee cold). The pair kept talking loudly that They didn't hear me. Left the stalk thinking that is done. But I suspect Is wrongly charged($8.40) for only 2 items. Taking the trouble to check in again, 1 aunty just passed the cold coffee to me. They knew but just can't be bo bothered.
G	Gin Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experienced with Yew Tee branch Mr Bean has been nothing poor but good. Staff are smiley, patient and friendly. Food looks clean. There is a small dining place that is kind of well-kept. They look short-handed sometimes.
Q	Qin iOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered just 1 soya milk, the auntie need to make me feel miserable. First off, she ask for sugar level, I said 50%, she shout 100% to the other staff to do?? Then during payment, it was a little bit my fault for carelessly thinking PayWave was an option, so I tapped on the scanner. Auntie shout ‘I SAY NETS YOU TAP FOR WHAT’ , ‘PAYWAVE DONT PAY LAH’ .. And all the staff laughed. At that moment.. Wow. I work at a F&B outlet myself.. When I come upon a customer like myself I, at the very least don’t publicly show how ‘dumb’ the customer is.. Benefit of the doubt, the Soy Milk tastes great, but it won’t compensate for a more than 1 star review. Kinda ironic that the outlet has a sign saying mutual respect matters, never coming here again.

And I really don't understand how your meals (rice/porridge) run out before dinner time on a daily basis. Is the meals too hassle to prepare in the 1st place or is not sold at all? Please indicate at your counter.
M	MS. SUCHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried black soya bean ice cream at Mr. Bean Yew Tee Point , it tasted good. I used to get calorie bars a few months back ,the staff members looked confused about the promotion. The young girl in the ice cream area is friendly. Mr. Bean at Yew Tee Point must look into staff training as many customers have highlighted about the behaviour of staff. Treat your staff well so they will treat customers well. I have no negative experience at this outlet. There is some chairs and tables at the back of the cashier counter which are kept clean. I used to sit there to have soya jelly. Overall the Soya Ice Cream and the new dessert make it a place for many to queue up and get the pancakes and other stuff from there.
