★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chair was nothing like the picture and the chair was not arranged properly . The chair looks very old , nothing like a new product .i was told that the chair cannot shift up and down when the description of the chair said it can shift to the ideal height . Waste of my installation fee given as I had to rebuild the chair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm Malaysian, bought a set from Malaysia 9yrs ago.. few years after the company left the country (or the distributor, don't know)... now they seem to have a distributor in Johor. Cost to change 2 tiny plastic castors for table is Rm89 (excl postage fr Taiwan)... and it takes 3 months to arrive!! What's the point of having a distributor here if I have to pay cost of postage myself? Better not have any then. Who knows they might decide to close shop again.
Pay premium price but with no support. I DO NOT recommend. Practically no service. Distributor can't say much except that they carry other brands and not only Kid2Youth.
There are probably other comparable products with better service these days so take your pick... better buy local than pay crazy prices for bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kid2Youth quality is the worst you can find. It looks nice at first but after a few weeks of use, it starts falling apart and you’ll cry looking at it Everyday. CHEAP MDF trim literally falls off. What a JOKE! Total disaster. Warranty is not respected. Manufacturer act blur.

My girl loves the design and the color too! highly recommended to all parents looking for bags for the start of school year next year.
