Not a big spicy lover but there are less spicy soup option. Tried the tomato and 糊辣HuLa option. Wings had sichuan peppercorns for the numbing feels. Will be back for more. Wished they had other noodle options.

My dish was off menu. I ordered the Cod Fish Maw special dish, which was supposed to be with pepper chicken, and replaced it with sliced pork. I ordered mild spiciness (3 of 10 on spicy scale, where 1 is non-spicy), and was great and just spicy enough for me. I liked the Roasted Eggplants too, very plaltable. Didn't like the QR code order system tho.

Been trying to find Turkish wings for some time. I usually get mine from Pasar malams. Found bandit chicken wings (Tu fei wings) at Tamjai! Tasted like Turkish wings but way much saltier. In fact, so salty that a salt lover like me couldn’t finish. We also ordered pepper soup with noodles. Seasick after drinking this salty soup, followed by salty wings. Haha. However, if you love strong flavors, this is the place for you. The milk tea is not bad too. Price wise, still wallet friendly. Worth a try.

Very very very thirsty after the meal. This clearly show they used MSG heavily for good taste. That is why it was so tasty. The sliced pork are very cold and just taken put from the freezer. Not worth at all.

It was my first time trying TamJai SamGor and I was shocked… as advertised they told us that it’s not our usual Chor Beehoon and indeed it delivers. Ordering was simple, it’s through an webpage & they have you choose a base soup, then add-on and customise to your own contempt. I was a little hungry n it came in a boat bowl… good enough for 2… I always has this problem when it’s like those Mala Xiang Guo (Mala stir-fried pot) pick your own type. The portion of add-on are normal but if you pick a few more then normal it’s good to feed 2. First bite had me think back on this thick rice noodles in fish head soup and it brought back that nostalgia. What we have been eating commonly is not the best noodles. This texture that they promised was super QQ (chewy and al dente). I couldn’t stop eating even when I had to cut my carbs in take. You can customise the portion of the noodles too. Ordered Peppery Spicy 胡辣 (Hu la) and it’s got this burnt taste but very unique. It’s worth a try but boy it had a kick and I was perspiring profusely while eating it. Next I will try other flavours and update here. The sides dishes though seems mediocre but do have their own flavour and that’s something to talk about. I had the cucumber in spicy mouth watering sauce (口水汁) it’s was savoury yet refreshing and I also had the Bandit chicken wing (土匪鸡翅) simple peppery & salty marinate on the tenderly fried chicken wing that it’s a not too heavy missed side dish. Over all it’s an amazing experience and I will definitely return to try other flavours.

So, it's a Me day.. loitering around Chinatown Point, I decided to give this a try. Ordering is thru QR code and payment via app as well. The whole transaction was a breeze. When the food came, I was in for HUGE SURPRISE... Huge serving of the 過橋米線 even though I opt for less 米線... The bowl is about the length of my arm, and filled with many ingredients. The soup was very nicely made and very savory. I will definitely try again next time

Finally got to try and understand why there's a snaking queue during lunch time. Tried fiery spicy (中辣) which is 3rd highest spice level and as a spice lover, it was definitely hot! But tasty and soothing. Thick beehoon has a nice texture. You get a BOAT of noodles, not bowl. You can completely customise it so I had pork (tender and big slices), bamboo fungus (like bamboo pith), bean sprouts (unfortunately not big head bean sprouts so won't get that again), beancurd skin (very silky and goes well with the soup), pig stomach (nice yummy chunks and not smelly), and chives. The sides are the star - black fungus has a nice citrus tang, pig ear has a nice bite and flavour, white pork with garlic had a generous mountain of garlic on it with a rich dark sauce, century egg with the accompanying sauce is nice, and best of all their roasted eggplant was really yummy.

Had their noodles for lunch. Tried their clear soup and Wu La options, plus several side dishes. All are good, but their chicken wings are unique with a herbal twist. Overall a great experience.
