The signature mango sago was disappointing as it was diluted and the mango was quite sour. The ginger sauce pudding was OK just the condense milk taste was strong and can't really taste the ginger syrup.

Checking out the relatively new @tangtavern which is situated along Clementi Road, a popular area for the NUS students. Offering both indoor and al-fresco seating which gives off a retro vibes while serving you comfort traditional and modern day Asian-inspired desserts to variety of beverages such as ice-blended drinks and yogurts with milk mousse to satisfy your heart & soul. What I tried: 《Mango Burster 芒果爆冰》 It's name says it all! Served chill with mango burster topping along with diced fresh mango on top the shaved ice. I enjoyed the burst of mango with every bite that is so extremely addictive! Definitely tantalize my palette and makes me yearn for more! 《Red Date Longan Peach Gum 红枣龙眼桃胶》 Totally need this Nourishing Beauty Bowl. Very generous with nourishing ingredients and very lightly sweetened. Totally my guilt-free refreshing healthy bowl. They open till late night so you know where to go for midnight craving strikes ❤ Ig: @zoey_belle_

Pretty mediocre. Ordered the papaya snow fungus and yam paste, the papaya snow fungus soup tastes fine but ingredients had all their flavours absorbed away already, whereas yam paste did not taste very fresh and lacked the yam flavour. I suspect the milk added is not very fresh. Expected more and hope they can improve!

Abit skeptical cos of the shape not looking like the traditional mash. But after eating, Wow! Really like the yam paste (I can never eat huge portion of the same thing) but this one, i keep eating until... oops! only left one last bite for hubby, had to pass to him... unwillingly... wahaahhaha

Very chic and cosy cafe serving mouth-watering desserts. Its glutinous rice ball with peanut coating and ice mango with vanilla ice-cream just makes you forget your diet :D

Sweet and cozy place with desserts fit for all ages :) Had the Seseme Paste and Red Bean Sago which were delicious and not too sweet! Looking forward to having more! P.s. The cute boy and girl here were amazing waiters and i really appreciated their recommendations :) Hope the place grows well!

Ordered the Taro & Sweet Potato Ball with Vanilla Ice Cream ($6.80) and the taro balls were plentiful and pretty good - soft and chewy, though some seemed to be harder in the middle. The ‘soup’ tasted slightly sour at first, we thought it might have been bad coconut milk, and then it became tasteless soon after; very puzzled about what it was made of. Ice cream tasted like the cheapo walls you get from NTUC.
