WHEN CHECKED THEY CANNOT OFFER REFUND AS THEY CLAIMED THEY DO NOT ORDER IN BULK UNLIKE BIGGER PLAYERS WHO GET VOLUME DISCOUNT. NEXT THEY PROMISED 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON BATHROOM AND KITCHEN ACCESSORIES. HOWEVER, WITHIN A YEAR, THEY DO NOT HONOUR WARRANTY AND CHALLENGED ME TO COMPLAIN..ATROCIOUS !

My ID brought me here. Found out that the items I purchased costs 3x more compared to another shop! Definitely do your research before purchasing/putting deposit.

We were referred here by our ID (iChapter) during our whole-house reno. Before going there, we already researched on items we need, brands, pricing and had a budget in mind, based on inputs from quotations sent by the ID, online stores, physical stores like IKEA, Bathroom Warehouse etc. So, we knew pretty much what we wanted. But when we stepped into this shop, guided by the super-agent Benson Yee, we were totally spoilt by choices. It is one thing to have a sprawling estate full of sanitary-wares and not a single soul to attend to you and it is totally awesome to have a super-agent by your side! At this place you experience the personal touch, atleast that's what I can say about Benson. Benson walked us through the myriad of generic, specialized, personalized items sharing nitty gritty details about brand, finishing, pros & cons etc. My wife was very particular about certain design and imprints on wash basin, which we could find no where! Guess what? Benson may not have it in store but he had a brochure to choose from!! That was totally mind-blowing. After 4 hours of hectic selection process, we finally got down to pricing. It was way out of budget. That's where our ID brought us respite. After a round of honest negotiation, price comparison, brand value revision, we were able to agree on a price that was within my budget, without compromising on quality and design. I got all the Grohe, Kohler, sophisticated designer wash basin and all!! Benson sent photos and ItemID of each and every item for the record. After installation of the fittings, we moved. It's been almost 6 months++. There has been few cases of repair and replacement (like: Grohe shower head, jet spray, towel rack etc.). Ben would always respond by the end of day and start with an apology for delayed response, for a human-turned-super-agent it's understandable. He will then quickly liaison with brand service center and arrange for service within 2 to 3 days. Benson has the right spirit of stewardship and he is a maximizer, who knows how to manage multiple clients while not losing focus on right service and details required to gain client’s confidence. Looking forward to continued after-sales services, support and business in coming years!!

The salesgirl was Krystal , she was unprofessional and tend not to pick up the call as the goods were delivered with out being checked. Rain shower had rubber torn and plumber had to go off . Told her that I need exactly the same as seen on her showroom but gave a different socket for rain and charged 60$ for the wall socket which were our initial order but twisted her words and passed the call to a supervisor who does not want to hear the customer’s feedback instead she was babbling. Had to cancel the plumber again. She switched off the hp when we demanded to know the discrepancies. Krystal was asking a male colleague to attend. Very unprofessional staff . The materials look so so only and I hope my copper rain shower material does not go blemish. Though the price are rocket high the materials look cheap. I recommend you to consider. The mannerism of the staff is unethical. They order n hq sent but unsure what Krystal ordered. Really sickening chasing her with torn rubber n socket. It took two days to settle after the first delivery. The rain shower socket is charged . I wonder why we buy the set yet got to pay another 60$ for the socket to connect. Hmmm. Please consider. My experience with a salesgirl whose mouth was only working towards her commission. Sad sales lady n poor communication skill. Alway evading questions.

The shower set cost about $950 per set. I thought it was of high quality. However less than 1 year within installation, it started rusting already. The shower head couldnt hold in place one position and it starts going down by itself. The gold is fading alr. Not recommended at all!
