β β β β β Drinks OK but bad service with no smile. . All the staff face very long.. They all look v angry.. The menu positioning is also v bad. . Right in front of cashier... Customer no time to go thru menu properly without holding up the queue.. Shd position the menu where Yr customers can view n decide away from the queue..

β β β β β Just want to thank and compliment your team at Bishan outlet for providing a new drink and accepting an already-made drink in exchange.
Yesterday evening, I made a purchase of your mango rock melon smoothie and was surprised to taste milk in the drink. I actually have skin allergy from having dairy products, so immediately I stopped drinking it. My friend who ordered Honey Avocado, upon receiving the drink he requested if an exchange to a tea flavoured drink is allowed. Thankfully, your team allowed it and didn't mind doing extra steps (refund + make a new drink) so I can enjoy my LiHo drink too.
They were unaware of my allergy but still handled this very well.

β β β β β poor staff and disgusting taste. I ordered a lemon honey green tea which tasted like what I'd expect a facial cleanser to taste like. I also ordered a ginger milk which was insanely sweet. Waste of money. I think the regular milk tea with pearl is the only maybe worth buying. Sigh.

β β β β β After finishing the preparations for my drink I went to collect it at the counter, but the staff were not even there. Since there is no bell to ring to alert the staff, I had to stand there for 5 whole minutes while waiting for the staff to finish preparing the drinks of the people who ordered after me, before the finally gave me my drink. The drinks themselves are decent but the staff have bad attitudes to their jobs, and most of them just look like they would be anywhere but at Liho

β β β β β Conveniently located near bishan mrt, on level 2 and escalator, next to ambush. I ordered milk tea with 3M. The tea was fragrant and 50% was a bit too sweet for my liking. The pearl and pudding was good. The drink cover is designed very nicely, don't forget the straw as we thought you were supposed to drink from the part with a cap. Slightly long queue on a saturday afternoon.

β β β β β Love to drink milk tea with pearl. Especially pearl are one of favourite. Not very sweet, able to chew well. Every time when i go there, there was a long queue . But never mind about it. You love to drink so go ahead.

β β β β β Love this place & come here often. Bubble Tea at a very reasonable and affordable price. Exceptionally love the white pearls and pudding as topping.
Worth a visit!
