★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very experienced or knowledgable senior lady staff, as she told my dad pearl & brown sugar pearl are the same and they only have one type. My dad was buying on my behalf. But the menu clearly has both and they aren’t the same.

I bought their Signature Black Milk Tea with brown sugar pearls and brought it to Lower Pierce Reservoir for a picnic, and the pearls were still super soft and chewy 2-3 hours later :’’’’))) such pearls are hard to find - the only comparable ones in sg are probably the one from R&B tea. The milk tea was average but the pearls made it totally worth it.
That said, my friend got their iced lychee tea and it was way too sweet. It simply tasted like canned lychee... can give this a miss
