★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top quality ramen always! We always come back for the tomato ramen which is tasty, refreshing and filling. We have tried their usual ramen before and it was great as well. Service is super prompt and the food comes out very quickly after ordering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a ramen person so this is the first time to Northpoint's outlet. Simple decor, rich soup, good service! Haven't felt like service was worth paying for heartland mall's restaurant for a while. My ramen-lover companion is happy with the butter ramen and I find their soup tasty n rich! Will visit again, soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 5 stars if not for the head chef at Suntec. I find him rude. I asked for a refill of green tea and staff was excellent providing superb service but overheard chef saying this, "wah today why customer ask so much question?". The chef with the high pitch voice. Food was good. Service provided by staff Naz was great. Chef attitude can be improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposed to come suntec on sat morning for banking errand but ended up they only have limited queues for that purpose.
Ate our "brunch" here before our late noon wake surfing later. I gave 5* due to its rare unique concept where you can take off footwear and cross legs just like when you are in japan. I know this is pretty common nowadays but still not as common as you think in modern hectic workspaces.
I like their ramen be it tomato or butter and wife loves the japanese garlic karrage initially but after that agrees with me that abit salty after all.
After here, we didn't order any drink because I wanted to try AJ's teh tarik drink. Ordered teh halia absolutely fabulous for just $1.80
Oh btw price at ichukokudo is pretty reasonable too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the JIGOKU ramen. Mildly spicy with delicious broth. First time having chicken cha shu, very nice!
However, the star dish for me is their Japanese Garlic Karaage. The drizzled sauce is very flavourful. Very good combination of the sauce together with the karaage & caramelised garlic.
Service was prompt & good. Portion is also just nice for the price.
Only thing was, they ran out of watermelon for the set meal and there was not an alternative given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered both ramen and rice with salmon sashimi. The ramen was very delicious but the rice was not valuable. I don’t recommend to order rice (Don) because the restaurant has ramen as its signature. Ice cream and pudding were great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was sitted in fast and served fast. Used a QR system to order swiftly. The portion is big and very filling but the chicken is a tad bit dry. The soup for the ramen is… interesting. It’s very unique and hard to describe why you don’t hate yet don’t love it, in a way. But it’s still okay! Price point okay and overall a nice place to chill
